Event Details

You will find this festival a mix of Slavic and Shamanic tradition. It promises to be a rich healing and enjoyable experience. Get away from the city, immerse yourself in fresh air, good food and a community of like minded people.

Three days of dancing, workshops, ceremonies and live music with Russian and English presenters set in the beautiful English countryside.

At the peak of the sun’s reign, around the time of the summer solstice, we will be celebrating the awesome power of the sun to make the earth come alive. Our ancestors worshipped the two most powerful and basic elements: sun and water, that mystically cleanse and nourish us and the earth. ‘Kupala’ is one of the oldest Slavic holidays that has survived in our collective memory and imagination to the present day.
